Pets are welcome and smoking is accepted subject to an additional €80 cleaning fee.

Cancellation policy
Cancellation is free up to 30 days before pickup. After that point, a charge of 1% of the booking value applies for each day elapsed beyond the free-cancellation deadline. For example, cancelling 20 days before pickup incurs a 10% charge; cancelling one day before pickup incurs a 29% charge.

The practical details that matter most when you are planning a longer stay, working remotely or travelling in a motorhome for the first time.
I have never driven a motorhome. Is that a problem?
No. At handover we calmly explain the dimensions, driving, manoeuvring and on-board equipment. You only leave when you feel comfortable.
Can I work remotely and make video calls?
Yes, where mobile coverage is good. Tests in Lisbon reached up to 35 Mbps download and 18.5 Mbps upload. Coverage can vary in remote areas, so we recommend checking ahead of important meetings.
How does the €1,000 security deposit work?
The deposit is returned after the motorhome is checked on return, provided there is no damage, outstanding cost or breach of the agreed rental conditions.
What happens if there is a breakdown?
Third-party liability insurance and roadside assistance are included. Contact us straight away: we will help assess the situation and guide you through the next steps.
Which additional costs may apply?
The rate includes 100 km per day. Extra distance costs €0.10/km. Pets or smoking carry an €80 cleaning fee. Any other applicable cost is explained clearly before booking.
Can I stay overnight anywhere in Portugal?
No. Overnight stays must respect road signs, local rules and restrictions in protected areas. At handover we recommend useful apps and service areas for legal, peaceful stops.
How independent is the motorhome?
Concha has hot water, a complete bathroom, gas heating, cooking facilities, a fridge-freezer and two gas bottles. Battery and water autonomy depend on use; we explain realistic limits and recharging before departure.
Can I travel to Spain or France?
Yes. Cross-border travel to Spain and France is permitted when agreed in advance, allowing us to confirm the required documentation.
How do pickup and return work?
Pickup is in the Lisbon area, approximately 15 minutes by Uber from the airport. Times are agreed in advance so the handover can be thorough and unhurried.
Who can drive Concha?
Drivers must be at least 21 years old and have held a valid driving licence for three years or more. Documentation is confirmed before the booking is accepted.

Renting Concha was the best decision. From the very first moment, we felt completely confident thanks to the warm, attentive support from Zé and Luiz.
The motorhome is fantastic — very practical and easy to drive — giving us the incredible freedom to decide on our destination at the last minute.
